4.5. Operator Work Station

The operator workstation consists of a regular laptop computer that can be configured to

the customer's specifications. The operator can input information using a keyboard, memory
stick, LAN, etc. In the marker mode computer has Ethernet connection with PLC, RS-232 Serial
connection with Laser, and regular USB to USB connection with ScanAlone board.

White start and Red Power off/emergency-stop buttons are conveniently located on the

front panel of the cabinet. When powered and connected to the air supply machine is completely
ready for wire processing (Fig.4.9).
