1.6
If above are all ok, please replace with a new PCB (T7-6-10140 /T7-6-10141).
2.
Accumulator System malfunction: (slow flash: ON / OFF 1 second each)
2.1
M4 motor running over 10 sec because of strap struck or jam before accumulator.
2.2
The Pressure for strap accumulating is not enough, so the strap feeding time
exceeds the protective setting (approx. 10sec). Please increase the pressure.
(Refer to Q&A question IV. 2.)
2.3
BRAKE (T7-4-20170) doesn’t released enough when doing strap accumulating let
reel move unsmooth and accumulate less strap. Please check the gap of the
BRAKE (0.15~0.25mm, see the draw below) or if X3 Wire Ass’y (T7-6-10430) is
loose, torn or broken.
2.4
BRAKE F3 FUSE (T6-6-30133) is burnt down.
2.5
Motor Ass'y (M4)(T7-3-20211) is broken or connector is not well-connected, so the
strap feeding time exceeds the protective setting (approx. 10sec).
2.6
If above are all ok, please replace with a new PCB (T7-6-10140 /T7-6-10141).
X.
Strap get sealed but doesn’t do reversing (or incomplete reversing) when
strapping
1.
Too much feeding pressure causes strap jammed lead to difficult to (or can not) do strap
reversing. Please refer to manual part I P 21 how to adjust the pressure between the
feed wheels of M2.
2.
The Upper Guide Ass’y (T7-1-24000/T7-1-24001) might be too far away from M2
Guide Wheel (T7-1-23110) when installing and causes jammed strap.
When machine is at the home position, the bottom side of Upper
Guide (T7-1-24110) should be 1.5~2mm away from the blade of Front Bar
(T7-1-15110). Incorrect distance will cause strap jam because the head of strap will
hit the separator when being fed
The right side of Upper Guide (T7-1-24110) should be as close as to
Guide Wheel (T7-1-23110) and BR1910zz Bearings but make sure that
they are not completely touched.
