III.
Strap doesn’t reach the sealing point cause machine malfunction (strap
track open)
1.
The Return Spring (TB-114) is over
stretched ,or too much debris or poor
lubricated with Slide Plate
(T7-1-10250) causes failed feeding.

Make sure the strap is inserted in right
direction. Insert the strap with wrong
direction may get the strap stuck inside
the Arch.(see draw 4)
3.
Not enough pressure from M2 to feed the strap, so the strap can’t reach the sealing point.
Please refer to manual part I P21 how to adjust the pressure between the feed wheels of
M2.
4.
Insufficient (strap in accumulator, strap can’t reach the sealing point) or excessive strap
(jammed strap) in accumulator make strap get bend lead to hard feed. Please refer to
Q&A Question
.
5.
The Bearing (BR1910 2RS,
T7-1-20291) of M2 Assistant Roller is
stuck or unsmooth and causes too much
resistance, so the strap feeding fails.
Please replace the Assistant Roller .
