Heater tongue is
pressed by slide
plate and press

Rotate M1 motor Handle (T7-1-11240) to
make Heater Tongue go between Slide Plate
(T7-1-10250) and Press Bar (T7-1-14110).
Keep rotating the motor handle until the
heater tongue is pressed between the Slide
Plate (T7-1-10250) and Press Bar
(T7-1-14110). Then, tighten HBS0520S
and HBS0516S of Heater Bracket
(T7-1-12121).
Adjust Screw (HSS0516S) to make it
slightly touch the Heater Tongue
(T7-1-12111) and then unscrew it back

. Lock HSS0516S into place
with HN05S.
Rotate M1 motor Handle (T7-1-11240)
backwards until Press Bar
(T7-1-14110) releases the Heater
Tongue (T7-1-12111). Adjust
Bracket (T7-1-12160) until it is very
close to Heater Tongue (surface by
surface).
Adjust the position of Heater
Tongue until its top surface is
about 2mm lower than the
bottom surface of the slide plate.
Lock Bracket (T7-1-12160) into
place with HN05S.
