Check the followings when machine malfunctions

1.

Check the machine is plug in and the socket has electricity.

2.

Check if the Power Cord (TG-019) is torn or broken, or the wire connected to Power
Switch (TK-001) is loose, or the Power Switch is broken, so the machine doesn’t get
power.

3.

Check if the ready lamp on the operation panel is on.    If not, please refer to Q. II

4.

Check if the fuses (F1 - F6) are burnt down.    Or Power Supply (T7-6-11320) is broken,
so the machine doesn’t work.

5.

Check the front door is closed.    The 3

rd

LED from bottom in the upper left corner on

PCB will be on if the door is closed.    If the light is off, the X9 Wire Ass’y may be loose,
broken or the Interlock Safety Switch may be broken (TK-035).

6.

Check if the wire connected to Start Switch (T6-6-10301) or Foot Selector Switch
(T6-6-10421) are loose, torn or broken and cause PCB can’t receive the signal for
strapping.    When the wire are well-connected, the 2

rd

LED from bottom in the upper

left corner on PCB will be on if press “START” (Start Switch/Foot Selector Switch).

7.

Please replace with a new PCB (T7-6-10140

 /

T7-6-10141) if above are all ok.
