Strap doesn’t join after strapping
1.
Too much dirt on the surfaces of Heater Tongue (T7-1-12111), so PP strap can’t be
melted by Heater Tongue. Please clean the both surfaces of Heater Tongue. (fine
sandpaper is suggested)
2.
Weld cooling time is not enough, so the sealing area doesn’t have time to cooling.
Please increase the weld cooling time. (Please refer to manual part I P16 timer
adjustment d-3)
3.
The width of the strap doesn’t match the Right Strap Guide. Please refer to manual
Part 1 P52 How to Adjust the Right Strap Guide After Changing to a Different Strap
Width.
4.
Temperature of Heater Tongue (T7-1-12111) is set too high or too low. Strap won’t
have enough time to cooling if temperature is too high, whereas the strap won’t melt if
temperature is too low. Please adjust the knob of heater temperature on the back side
of operation panel.
5.
The Return Spring (TB-114) of Heater Arm (T7-1-12430) is loose or over stretched or
the Bearing (BR635ZZ) on Heater Arm (T7-1-12430) is broken, so the Heater Tongue
doesn’t work.
