Fault Handling
7-2. Fault Handling for Outdoor Unit (Refer to outdoor unit fault code table
for fault code)
1. Power supply fault
Fault phenomenon: Phase sequence protector flashes.
Fault reason: Check if the power supply circuit is correct (if there is phase loss or negative phase sequence).
2. Air condition pump overload
Fault phenomenon: The alarm indicator on the control panel flashes, the control panel displays corresponding alarm code.
Fault description: The water loop is blocked or the pump is damaged.
Fault handling process:
3. Insufficient flow for air condition pump
Fault phenomenon: The alarm indicator on the control panel flashes, the control panel displays corresponding alarm code.
Fault description: The water flow in the system is smaller than 60% of rated flow, the water flow switch is disconnected, the unit cannot be
started.
Fault handling process:
4. Temperature sensor fault (see attachment for temperature resistance)
Fault phenomenon: The alarm indicator on the control panel flashes, the control panel displays corresponding alarm code.
Fault reason: The interface is loose, open-short of the sensor, the main control interface is disconnected or short-circuited.

The pump at air conditioning side is disconnected due to overload
Check if there is abrasion between the pump and
the enclosure; check if the shaft is damaged.
Replace the pump.
Check if the valve in inlet/outlet water loop of the
pump is closed or if the water loop is blocked.
Open the valve,
dredge the water loop.
OK
Water flow switch is disconnected
Fault (temperature sensor fault)
Reconnect securely.
Replace the sensor.
Replace the main board.
Check if the water flow is consistent with
the actual flow.
Check if the connection between the
temperature sensor and the main board of
outdoor unit is loose.
Check if the temperature sensor is short-circuited
or broken-down. Check the temperature
resistance of the sensor.
Main board fault:
Interface is broken, wetted or disconnected.
Check if the water flow switch
is normal and if the installation
and wiring are correct.
Replace the pump, main board
or dredge the water loop.
Check if the water system is block
and if the main board is normal.
