Fault analysis and handling of electronic expansion valve:
After confirming that the coil part is normal, user should conduct valve body inspection according to the process below.
Inspection and repair process of electronic expansion valve body
Check if the valve
body can fully
opened or closed
Check if it takes
480 steps from fully
open to fully close.
Check if throttle is
normal,and if the evaporating
temperature is normal during
normal operation
of the unit.
Check if the
temperature sensor and system
pressureare normal, and if the
installation is correct.
Check the system
for other issues.
Replace
the valve body
Repair or replace the
temperature sensor,
install the sensor correctly.
Replace the body:
It can be valve leakage
due to jamming caused
by foreign objects or valve
base wear.
Replace the body:
The valve body is in
middle position, probably
caused by jamming due
to foreign objects or
valve parts fault.
