Fault Handling
9. Reduction in module number
Fault reason and handling process is similar with 8), please handle the fault according to 8).
10. Low pressure sensor disconnected
Fault phenomenon: The alarm indicator on the control panel flashes, the control panel displays corresponding alarm code.
Fault description: The low pressure alarm will be triggered when the low pressure of the system is below 1.5bar (gauge pressure).
Fault handling process:
11. High pressure switch disconnected
Fault phenomenon: The alarm indicator on the control panel flashes, the control panel displays corresponding alarm code.
Fault description: The high pressure switch will be disconnected when the high pressure of the system is above 4.2bar.
Fault handling process:
Low pressure alarm
Check if the low pressure is too low during
operation.
Check if the pressure sensor is
running normally; check if there
is any disconnection.
Check if the refrigerant volume is correct.
Check if the radiator is blocked or inefficient.
Check if the system is blocked or there is any
refrigerant leakage.
Refill refrigerant, or clean the
radiator.
Check if the EEV is closed, the main board is
normal, the electromagnetic valve is correct
and if the filter is blocked.
Replace the mainboard,
replace the damaged parts.

High pressure switch is disconnected
Check if the high pressure is too high during
operation; check if the pressure is consistent
with the actual pressure.
Check if the pressure switch
works normally; check if
there is any disconnection.
Check if the refrigerant volume is correct.
Check if the radiator is blocked or inefficient.
Check if the system is blocked, and if the
system fan and the pump are running normally.
Discharge the excessive
refrigerant, or clean the
radiator. Check if the air
condition water loop is normal.
Check if the filter is blocked.
Replace the filter
Check if the main board is normal, the EEV
is under normal control and the valve or the
connections are normal.
Replace the main board or
the damaged parts.
