Front Panel Removal
This procedure is valid for LCD / jogwheel / emergency button replacement as well.
SAFETY WARNING. CAUTION
- BEFORE UNDERTAKING THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE BE SURE TO
PULL AC PLUG FROM WALL IN NO CASE MAINTENANCE HAS TO BE PERFORMED ON AN AC POWERED UNIT
Tools needed:
•
2.5mm hex key
•
5mm key
•
UHU / PATTEX (or any solvent based general purpose glue)
1)
Using the 2.5mm hex key remove the four screws holding the upper front panel (part 1 in
Fig.4.22.1)
2)
Remove the hex key holding the right cover (part 2 in Fig.4.22.1)
–
screws are both on right side and
on machine rear

Remove the screws inside the printing chamber (V1 and V2, Fig 4.22.2)
