11. Maintenance plan for operator REX Force
Maintenance work may only be carried out by qualified specialist personnel.
ATTENTION: Switch off the power before working on the operator! Depending on the intensity of use
the following maintenance work must be carried out 1-4 times per year:
• Check the attachment of the operator housing and the door console.
• Check of the cain; if necessary retighten the chain

and lubricate with chain spray.
• Check and adjustment of the end positions open/closed.
• Functional check of the emergency release,

• Check the gearbox for leaks.
• Check the fixing screws of the motor/gearbox for a tight fit.
• Control of the door arm: - Correct fit of the seat on the main shaft
- Firm seat of the mounting screws
• Control of force setting in the control unit.
• Control of all safety equipment and accessories.
• The chain should be renewed approx. every 200.000 cycles (at the latest every 2 years)!
