Connection of Trigger Input Signal Cable (TRIG) (Option) 

 

The TSL3000E/TSL3100E has eight optional trigger input points.    A 0.22-ms 

(calculated value) filter is embedded for usual input, but a mere 2.2-

s (calculated 

value) filter is embedded for trigger input.    To prevent a robot controller malfunction, 

input non-chattering, low-noise signals. 

The input specifications define the use of bidirectional photocouplers in the input 

circuit, so Source type or Sink type is selectable depending on the selection of COM. 

To connect the trigger input signal cable, use the connector [XM3D-1521 

(socket-type connector), XM2S-1511 (connector cover)] supplied with the robot 

controller.

The trigger input signal specifications are the same as those for the 

TR48DIOCN/TR48DIOC, so see Para. 8.1.1 for specification details. 

If the above trigger input is used as the conveyor synchronization start trigger input 

function, it cannot be used as the high-speed input function.
