Troubleshooting Wallboard Problems
If you have problems getting a wallboard to work with the Call Center Scoreboard,
first make sure that the wallboard works correctly with its own software, without
being connected to the Call Center Scoreboard. If not, then contact the wallboard
manufacturer for support (for contact information, see
“Wallboard Requirements” on
page 3
).
Toshiba support cannot troubleshoot problems if the wallboard does not work
correctly with the wallboard vendor’s own software.
Starting Call Center Scoreboard from
Command Line
Using command line arguments, you can start the Call Center Scoreboard with a
layout, window, or alarm profile already loaded. For example, you could have a
shortcut on your desktop that starts the Call Center Scoreboard with the layout that
monitors your Sales queue. You could also put the shortcut in your computer’s Startup
folder so that it starts automatically when your computer starts.
The command line argument is:
TVScoreboard.exe -L [file]
where
[file]
is the path and filename of a layout, window, or alarm profile file.
Example
C:\Program Files\Strata CS Call Center Scoreboard\TVScoreboard.exe -L
C:\Program Files\Strata CS Call Center Scoreboard\Data
Files\MyLayout.cca
This example loads the Call Center Scoreboard with the layout MyLayout.cca
showing.
