The following table defines each personal status icon. The icons display in the
Unavailable column. Agents in the Available or Available (Queue Only) status are
signed out.
Available.
Available (Queue Only).
Available (Non-Queue).
On Break.
Do Not Disturb.
In a Meeting.
Out of the Office.
