Assembling the module

Assembling procedure is a same as the preceding paragraph “Disassembling the module ”
but practice in reverse.

Checking the backlight

Double-faced tape

Make sure the sheet stays in the frame.

Make sure the sheet fit in the frame.

Make sure the sheet stays in the
frame.

Assembling the cell with the PCB

1) Peel off the separation sheet of the double -faced tape on the top of the frame.

2) Illuminate the backlight.

3) Make sure there is no scratch or dirt on the backlight. Also check the back of the

cell. Next, install the cell with the PCB to the backlight unit.

Caution:

1) Install by aligning to the bottom left corner as shown below.

2) Be careful not to damage the TAB.
