Tests and Diagnostics 

3.1  The Diagnostic Test 

This chapter explains how to use the Diagnostic Test program which tests the functions of the 
computer’s hardware modules and the Hardware Initial information Setting Tool which sets the 
configurations needed after repairing.  

The Diagnostic Test Program is grouped into the Service Program Modules and the Test Program 
Modules. The Diagnostic Test consists of 10 programs. Wireless LAN test, Sound/LAN/modem 
test and Bluetooth test are also supported. 

The Hardware Initial information Setting Tool consists of some programs which writes the hardware 
information or displays the current information of the computer. 

NOTE:

  To start the diagnostics, follow these steps: 

1.

 

Check all cables for loose connections. 

2.

 

Exit any application and close Windows.
