102 Mailbox Communication
Canceling data in mailbox
How to delete Fax data in a confidential mailbox or a bulletin board mailbox on the sender's side
is explained here.

Press the [FAX] button on the control panel.

Press the [ADVANCED] button to enter the advanced menu, and
then press the [ITU MAILBOX] button.

Press the [CONFIDENTIAL] (or [BULLETIN BD.]) button, and then
press the [CANCEL] button.

Press the [ENTER] button.
y If the selected mailbox has not been set, "No entry" appears.

Press the [BOX NUMBER] button to enter the next menu, key in the
box number(s) (maximum 20 digits), and then press the [ENTER]
button.
y If a password has been set, press the [PASSWORD] button to enter the next menu,
key in the password (maximum 20 digits) and then press the [ENTER] button.
* You can delete a confidential mailbox or a bulletin board mailbox with the administrator
password. Ask the administrator about the administrator password.

Press the [ENTER] button.
