If the state display LED of the product displays anything different from the 
normal display as described in "Table 1-2 Details on the state display LED" on 
page 8, or if any error is detected in the human interface station, stop using it 
immediately and contact one of Toshiba's service representatives.

  Failure diagnosis of GA932 module main unit 

GA932 has a LED display on the front that shows the state of the module. 

Perform diagnosis by referring to the following table.
