FLIGHT PRACTISE - POSITION PILOT TO HELICOPTER

Je nach Standort des Piloten zum Helikopter kann ein und der selbe
Steuerbefehl aus Sicht des Piloten eine gegenteilige Bewegung des
Helikopters darstellen: Steht der Pilot so, dass der Helikopter im Vor-
wärtsflug auf ihn zukommt, so dreht der Helikopter bei einer Bewegung des Hecksteu-
erknüppels nach rechts aus der Sicht des Piloten nach links !
Depending on the position of the pilot relative to the helicopter a specific control command may appear
to cause an opposite movement of the helicopter: If the pilot faces the helicopter with the aircraft
approaching him in forward flight, the helicopter wil appear to fly to the left when the pilot moves the
yaw control stick to the right !
Place yourself into different positions releative to the helicopter to get a feeling for the movements of
the helicopter in the three-dimensional space as ‚seen‘ by the helicopter.
Stellen Sie sich in unterschiedliche Positionen zum Helikopter, um so ein Gefühl für
die Bewegungen des Helikopters im dreidimensionalen Raum ‚aus der Sicht‘ des He-
likopters zu erhalten,
