4. Disconnect the shaft hose from the electronics box by pushing in the catches.
5. Pull the shaft hose and the connection cables out of the electronics box.

6. Release the threaded hose connection, the shaft hose, and the threaded pipe
connection, using an SW 46 open-end spanner.
7. When removing, pay attention to the three O-rings between the mounting
flange and the compensator block.
8. Check that the O-rings and the surface with which these make contact are
undamaged, and replace the rings if necessary.
9. Use an SW 46 open-end spanner to unscrew the pipe from its threaded pipe
connection.
10. Remove sealant residue from the pipe plug.
11. Use a suitable tool (e.g. slot head screwdriver) to remove the three sealing plugs
(4).
12. Release the three M10x35 bolts (3) on the pylon.
13. Carefully pull the motor and motor cable off the mounting flange.
ADVICE
The mounting flange, which is permanently connected to the boat, remains on
the boat.
