earthing system is efficient and connected to the special terminals.
2.1 PREPARATION
This device can be installed inside or outside the motor.
CAUTION
- The installation inside the motor is only permitted if expressly
foreseen by the manufacturer.
In the case of outside installation, prepare the tools required to fix the device to
the wall and for the electrical connections as well as the following tools:
1. Ø 6 mm expansion anchors
2. PG16 skintop-type cable straps
3. One multipolar switch with 3 mm minimum contact opening
4. One emergency pushbutton
5. Approved cables for outdoor use with minimum cross-section of 0.75 mm² and 1.5 mm²
2.2 ASSEMBLY
It is not necessary to drill any holes to fit the device.
1. Fix the device at least 30 cm above the floor using the fixing holes on the plastic box.
2. Insert the connecting cables through the stamped holes at the bottom of
the box and the cable straps as indicated.

4. Fit an emergency pushbutton in a position where the automation system can
be seen and so that the power supply to the system can be completely cut-off.
5. Use 1.5 mm² section cables for the motor power supply and 0.75 mm²
section cables for 24 VDC devices.
2.3 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Make the electrical connections as indicated in the diagram alongside.
CAUTION
- Before any connection, turn the power off.
CAUTION
- Only qualified electrical installers should make the electrical system
consistent with the electrical code of the installation country using certified materials.
