BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Open the Lid by lifting the Lid Handle upward.
2. Fill the Deep Fryer Base with approximately 2 cups (500 ml) of warm
soapy water. DO NOT IMMERSE FRYER, COVER, CORD OR PLUG IN
WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID. Wash with a dishcloth or sponge.
Empty. Rinse with about 2 cups (500 ml) of clean water. Empty and dry
thoroughly.
3. Wipe the Lid and exterior Base with a damp cloth. Dry.
DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.
4. The Frying Basket and Handle may be immersed in hot soapy water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly.
