configure the IP address and the backup router port which must be sent the data received by the
remote host, so that these will be forwarded to the serial port.
set tserv backup-hold-timer <msec>
configures the duration of the backup state, after which the router use the primary IP address
again. The value is in milliseconds.
set tserv host-timeout <msec>
sets the duration of the time out of the connection to one of the hosts, in milliseconds
set tserv select-timeout <usec>
configures the work duration of the service, in microseconds.
set tserv tty-timeout <msec>
sets the time that the serial port must wait before answer and after which the router use the backup
IP address.
set tserv logging
set tserv no-logging
set tserv dumping
set tserv no-dumping
these commands enable/disable the log messages and the trace of the package sent or received
from/to the serial port. The dumping must not ben used when in regime but onl for trouble-
shooting operations and just for a limited period of time.
show config current term-server
shows the current configuration.

With this application, the data received from the IP network are pre-elaborated by the Modbus
protocol before they are sent on the serial port

commands to be used to configure the Modbus-RTU
set console-disable
set serial-appl modbus
are used to select the application.
set modbus server-port <port>
sets the TCP/IP port on which the host will connect to send to the router the request. The default
port is 502, which is the Modbus standard.
set modbus mode [rtu|tcp]
sets the modality connection of the RTU:
rtu
is to be used if connected to the serial port
tcp
is to be used if connected to the Ethernet port
Default value is
rtu
