Suitable BDs/DVDs/CDs
• Only use commercially-available BDs/DVDs/CDs,
which have one of the adjacent symbols .
• BDs/DVDs/CDs containing the files in the following for-
mats are readable: CD audio, VCD, SVCD, DVD video,
BD video, MP3 and JPEG .
• The device plays DVDs with the country code “2” .
• Normal BDs/DVDs/CDs with a diameter of 80 and
120 mm can be used .
• Individually burned BDs/DVDs/CDs are normally read-
able, but an excessively high burning speed or “poor”
blank-CDs may result in problems . The only solution is
trial and error in this case .
• CDs produced for commercial purposes cannot always
be read .
Handling BDs/DVDs/CDs
Every BD/DVD/CD has a resistant plastic layer, which
protects it against outside influences . However, you must
always protect the disc against dirt and scratches .
Your receiver can compensate minor damages to the BD/
DVD/CD . Larger scratches or other damagesmay result in
“hanging” or similar errors . Please also observe the notes
for proper handling BDs/DVDs/CDs on the CD case!
Playing BDs/DVDs/CDs
Attention
Risk of damage!
Do not in any case insert multiple BDs/DVDs/
CDs on top of one another . Do not insert any
other objects than BDs/DVDs/CDs .
