Check at Vnom (230 V) level. variable transformer
output voltage
- Settled nominal voltage:

at the voltmeter and check if
the value is inside the tolerance of ± 4 V

If needed correct the
maximum voltage

voltage only marginal. Note that one
transformer winding is approx. 1.9 V
