8.4 Classification output 5 to 40 classes within tolerances (TT60)
Additional to the optics classification system «Within tolerance» (green), «Rework» (yel-
low), «Reject» (red) with the signals to the internal relays, the TT60 proposes an additio-
nal choice of 5, 10, 20 or 40 classes plus «Rework» and «Reject». The selection is done by
means of the configurations switches 6 and 7 on the back side of the instrument.
These X classes represent always the tolerance range defined by the lower limit and the
upper limit divided in X classes having same band width.
The functioning of the X classes output depends the tolerance limits setting.
The X classes output is given by a synchronous output on the 15-pin female connector.
This synchronous output is parallel active to the classification by LEDs and by internal
relays.
