The following preparing procedure is recommended:
– Switch off the instrument.
– Connect the probe to input A (or B).
– Switch on the instrument.
– Select the desired polarity (± A, ±B).
– Put master gauge into position.
– Zero-set offset (see chapter 6.2 Setting the Offset).
– Insert gauge head into the measuring device, move it until the display shows approxi-
mate zero.
– Clamp the gauge head.
– Select the required analogue measurement range, adjust display to show the value of
the setting master, use
function keys (see chapter 6.2 Functionkeys).
– Carry out measurements.
