Demonstration Setup



Make sure Quartus II and Nios II are installed on your PC.



Power on the DE1-SoC board.



Use USB cable to connect PC and the DE1-SoC board (J13) and install USB Blaster driver if
necessary.
Execute the demo batch file “

DE1_SoC_SDRAM_Nios_Test.bat

” for USB-Blaster II under the

batch file folder,

DE1_SoC_SDRAM_Nios_Test\demo_batch



After Nios II prog

ram is downloaded and executed successfully, a pro

mpt message will be

displayed in n

ios2-terminal.


