3. Extended Functions 

 

3.1  Telnet 

 

A further way to communicate with the ENC-100 blade instead of accessing it by a web 

browser is to connect via telnet. Telnet is a terminal emulation program that runs on your 

computer and connects your PC with the ENC-100 over the network. 

To start a telnet session under windows you must open the commando prompt tool.  

A practical way to open a command window within Windows explorer is to write 

C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe 

 

Another way to open a new commando prompt is by choosing
