Periodical data saving: after given time to send data, device connects to server through GPRS and sends data. Right after
that device deletes sent data.
When device fails to send data, it does not delete data and tries to send it when the next period comes:

If data is sent very often, device has to connect to server very often. In order to avoid often connectivity, Hold server
connection alive parameter should be enabled.
