Connection schematic
Make the hardware connections from the output terminals of the 4200A-CVIV to the MOSFET, as
shown in the following figure. In this example, 2-wire (local sense) measurements are made at the
MOSFET, so four triaxial cables are connected from each Force output terminal of the 4200A-CVIV to
the device.
Each 4200A-CVIV output is connected to a different terminal of the 4-terminal MOSFET. The
4200-TRX-0.75 triaxial cables are recommended for use on the output of the 4200A-CVIV. These
cables are used to ensure that both low current I-V measurements and high frequency C-V
measurements can be made with high accuracy.
