Using the Tek-CARE120 System
Statuses must be reset from the NC415AV Master Station. Using the
Status
list, touch the status you
wish to clear. The
Details
screen for the status will appear. Touch the active status to deactivate it.
Dialing a station on the Tek-CARE120 brings up the
Details
screen for the chosen station. To dial a sta-
tion, touch the
Dial
button. A keyboard will appear as shown below.
Enter the name of the station you wish to dial and touch the magnifying glass button to the left of the
entry. The
Details
screen of the desired station will appear.
To enable or disable check in for a station, dial the station, touch the
Check in
button on the bottom of
the screen. Select any available check in schedules to apply to the station by touching the check boxes.
To place a check in station into vacation mode, temporarily rendering check in inoperable, touch the
Vacation
button. To take the station out of vacation mode, touch
Vacation
again, or press an SF123
Reset Button in the room
.
The
Menu
button provides information about the NC415AV Master Station and allows some setting and
annunciation changes. Touching the
Menu
button brings up the screen shown below.
