MAINTENANCE
Periodic cleaning and maintenance operations should be performed to preserve the equipment and ensure
its correct functioning.
Any operation should be performed by skilled and trained personnel, who have to start the work when the
equipment has cooled down and after having disconnected the electric and fuel supplies.
The use of protection gloves is recommended.
Adequate systems and safety conditions must be guaranteed when performing maintenance and/or cleaning
operations that require the use of ladders or other means of access.
Periodically check the screws used in the equipment assembly, to make sure they are tight and correctly
fixed
GAS BURNER CLEANING
The burner should be cleaned by qualified personnel, strictly complying with the specifications of the burner
manual.
CONDENSATE DRAIN SYSTEM CLEANING
Periodically check the cleanness and correction functioning of the condensate drain system.
MAINTENANCE OF THE VENTILATION UNIT
Periodically check the tension of the transmission belts and the alignment of the motor and fan pulleys. The
belts must not be too tight; press both sides of the belt with your hands to ensure a bend of 2-3 cm. Adjust
the relating belt-tightening bolts to modify the tension}.
The motor bearings are preloaded and airtight type and in case of normal operations they do not need
maintenance.
Check that all the screws of the fan unit have been properly fixed.
