To replace bearing, remove
retaining ring, pull shaft into roller
and tap gently with shaft end on
indicated face of sleeve. Push
bearing out of sleeve. Reassemble
in reverse order.
5550 011 Pulley with clutch
Manually lower the boom and
remove timing belt (refer to timing
belt section). Pull off the retainer
(use an M5-screw) and slide off
pulley.
When reassembling refer
to timing belt section regarding
belt tension.
5550 055 Assy, Standoff
with vibration damper
This assy comprises a set of
standoffs with vibration dampers
and 3 screws, ready for
replacement or retrofit for
motor 3.
Remember to lower the boom
manually before replacement.
Dismount and remount the
vibration dampers by hand.
Readjust timing belt tension as
described in previous section.

5550 212 Spring guide 1
The Boom guides (2 pcs.) are
located at both boom ends. The
Spring Guide (5550 212) is
located at the left end only (see
above picture). The Spring guide
does not appear on very early
machines, but can be retro fitted.
Provides added control of Spring
during handling.
Remove Guide 2 and Guide 5
located on the top of the unit.
Manually lower the boom by tur-
ning the pulley.
Make sure to
prevent a free fall of the boom.
