CREATIVE TRACEABILITY

Control unit

The control unit performs the following functions:

Switching on

This selector switches on the laser source.

"Ready" indicator light

This light indicates that the laser source has started correctly.

"Marking in progress" indicator

This light is on during marking.

"Emergency Stop" mushroom button

Pressing this button switches off the laser source in the event of an
emergency.

"Light" selector

This selector switches the light inside the machine on and off.

"Z axis" selector

(if manual triggering option available)

This selector moves the marking head to set the working distance.

"Stop" push button/indicator light

This button stops any marking in progress.

It is lit during a marking cycle to indicate that it is active.

"Start" push button/indicator light

This button starts a marking cycle. This button is only active in Automatic
or Semi-Automatic mode

It is on permanently in Automatic mode. It is lit when the door is closed
in Semi-automatic mode.
