If the finish quality meets your satisfaction and you have an
Off Line system,
slowly
increase the Coater Speed to your production requirement. You are now ready to
continue with your production work.
Refer to paragraph 24
& 26.
If you have a
Feeder system,
turn
ON
the
Feeder Air Pump
switch. Continue this
process at
paragraph 24-26.
If the quality is not to your satisfaction, refer to
Trouble Shooting Solution Guide
Section XXX.

At this point you have now completed the start up process.
It’s very important you stay by the system while monitoring the paper input from
the feeder, through the UV Coater rollers and into the output catch tray.
Productions run:
The speed of the coater and feeder
depends on your application.

Slowly increase the
COATER
SPEED.

Slowly increase the
FEEDER
SPEED.
Note:
The ratio speed between the
coater and feeder is determined by
the distance between each paper.
More adjustment maybe required for
quality finish.
