This Emergency E-Stop will completely shut down the system except, the exhaust
blower. The blower will continue to run for approximately 5 minutes to cool down the
UV lamp. There are two E-Stops: one on the UV Coater and one on the Feeder.
Refer to Section 18 for Restart Process
DO NOT USE THESE E-STOPS FOR NORMAL SHUT OFF PROCESS.
If you receive this error message, one of the doors / panels is opened.
You must check and secure all doors and panels.
Press the error message icon, it will disappear after all doors and panels are closed.
The following panels are interlock activated:
Exhaust blower panel.
Gear motor door.
Main electrical panel door.
UV Coater plexi-glass cover (see next paragraph)
If these panels or doors are opened during operational, it will shut down your system
completely except for the exhaust blower.
Refer to Section 18 for Restart Process
The UV Coater plexi-glass cover is interlock activated.
If this panel is open during operations, it will shut down the Coater Clutch, UV Fluid
pump and the Feeder air pump.
