The TRU UV Coater and Feeder has many movable parts and needs to be greased
and lubricated
Every 30 days

The grease type should be
SKF
brand
NLGI,
LGEP, LGHP
or equiv.
The lubricant oil, should be Hydraulic oil
DTE-25
or equiv.
CAUTION: Lubricating oil and grease are hazardous materials – please
review MSDS sheet. – Both hazardous materials can tarnish the painted finish.
FEEDER:
Some of the parts located on the feeder are identified with a
RED DOT
, these items
must be lubricated every 30 days. Remove both side panels to identified location.
