Carefully lift the rubber roller out from its supporting holder.
After removal, inspect and clean the supporting holder and the impression roller.

Unpack the new rubber roller; inspect the rubber roller for any shipping damages.
Check the bearing and roller gear.

Carefully insert the rubber roller into its
supporting holder. Make sure the rubber
roller is not scratched by any sharp objects.
Make sure the bearing is seated properly
and secure in place.
Rotate the roller to ensure the white
roller gear is engaged with the lower
drive gear.
