Turn
ON
the system disconnect switch. (
refer to Section 12. paragraph 2-3

Press the
SYSTEM
icon switch to the
ON
position.
The conveyor belt will automatically start moving.
13)
Watch the conveyor belt; make sure the belt doesn’t track off center.
Slowly turn
UP
the coater speed (approx. ¼ turn) wait for 2 minutes, watching the
belt. If the conveyor belt moves off center, (moves to the left) make adjustments
to the right side of the take-up bearing. If the belt moves to the right, make
adjustment to the left side of the take-up bearing.
Note:
Some movement may accrue when the UV and I.R. lamp is on.
The tension of the belt may not be even on either ends.
Don’t be alarmed, as long as the belt is not extremely tracking off and only
moving approx ¼”, all is well.
As time permits the belt will get looser, more adjustment maybe required.
