Lubricating the tool guide bolts
DANGER!
Before starting maintenance, disassembly or repair work the crimping machine must
be switched off completely by removing the mains connector. Contact with live
components can result in death!
WARNING!
•
The replacement and service intervals must be strictly observed.
•
Wear suitable safety gloves and goggles when carrying out lubrication work.
Thoroughly clean any parts of the skin that have come into contact with
lubricating grease with clear water and soap.
Change any clothing that has come
into contact with hydraulic oil.
- The tool guide bolts are lubricating with a thin coating of Blaser Swiss Lube part no. 00492-01 EP
universal grease.
- Avoid excessive lubrication.
- Remove any excess grease immediately.
- Do not use sharp or pointed objects to lubricate that could damage the guide bolts.

Hydraulic unit oil replacement
