Graphic symbols and descriptions
The programming menu uses basic graphic symbols to guide the operator through the programming
sequence. The arrow keys are used to navigate through the menu. If you wish to select an item in the
menu to edit, you must press the acknowledgement key twice.
Menu symbols:

= Program item (e.g. #25 = program item 25)

= Crimp cycle speed, 5 speed settings
(e.g. > > > > > = maximum, > = minimum)
P1, P2, P3
= Crimp cycle programs

= Setting force (e.g. oooooo = maximum force, O = minimum force)

10.1.2 Programming sequence
When you create a new program you must either select an existing program number in order to change it,
or create a new program number.
The menu guides you through the programming in a logical sequence and shows you the programmable
settings required for the program cycle type you have selected.
In normal operating conditions the display appears as follows:
Standard display:
Program no. (# 010)
Program type (P1)
Compl. machine cycle (000000003)
Use the arrow keys to scroll through the various programs. Use the centre acknowledgement key to open
the program option and store the entries.
NOTE:
Press the acknowledgement key twice in quick succession to select the menu item,
and hold down on the button a single time to save the value.
