4. LAN SETUP
4.1. VIEW THE IP AND MAC ADDRESSES
When the power supply is running with the LAN enabled, the IP and MAC addresses may be
viewed on the front panel by following these steps:
1.
Press and hold the FOLD button for three seconds. The 7-segment displays will show
something such as:
IP-1 010
By turning the voltage encoder knob, the complete IP and MAC addresses may be seen.
Note, these addresses may
not
be changed from the front panel, but they can be changed
by the web page (see section 5.5.2)

If the voltage knob is
not
changed for five seconds, the supply will revert to the normal
voltage and current displays. If this happens, press and hold the FOLD button again
4.2. LAN RESET BUTTON
If it is necessary to reset the supply to the factory default LAN settings, use the front panel to:
1. Press and hold the OVP/UVL button for 2 seconds
2. The 7-segment displays will show:
LAn
rES
3. Release the OVP/UVL button
4. If, the OVP/UVL button is pressed and released again, before 5 seconds pass, the LAN
will be reset to the default settings (listed below) and displays will briefly show:

If the OVP/UVL button is
not
pressed again, the LAN settings will
not
be reset
5. It may be required to AC cycle the power supply off and on. This ensures a new network
connection is established with the reset values
The default LAN settings are:

DHCP is enabled
•
If DHCP fails to get a lease, the auto-IP settings will be obtained:
