8.0 Trouble Shooting
Problem
Possible Cause
Solution
Press Power On button,
MPPT did not work
Battery breaker is on OFF state.
Check battery breaker’s state.
Battery wires are connected in
reverse polarity.
Verify that battery wires are
connected in appropriate way.
LCD shows PV error
and beep alarms.
PV breaker is on OFF state.
Check PV breaker’s state.
PV wires are connected in reverse
polarity.
Verify that PV wires are connected in
appropriate way.
Short-circuit fault occurs in PV input
circuit, input voltage is zero voltage.
Check PV array.
LCD shows SP charge
over temperature
Overheat protection of the SP unit
SP charger can resume charging
automatically after the temperature
fall into range.
