10. Place the freezer door gasket into the groove on the
back of the freezer door. Slide the white plastic front
bearing over the baffle rod onto the bearing hub,
making sure the flanged end of the bearing is resting
against the freezer door.
Do not lubricate the
gasket or the front bearing.

11. Insert the baffle rod through the opening in the beater
and set the door flush with the freezing cylinder. With
the door seated on the freezer studs, install the
handscrews. Tighten the handscrews equally in a
crisscross pattern to ensure the door is secure.

12. Lay the air tube in the bottom of the mix hopper for
sanitizing.

13. Slide the driveshaft drip pan into the hole in the front
panel.

Repeat steps 1 through 13
for the other side of the
freezer on the Model 359.
15. Install the front drip tray and splash shield under the
door spout.
