4.4. GREASE
All moving joints and drives should be cleaned and greased weekly through the greasers (See Fig. 4.11 and
4.12.).

Greasers are identified with the above label. Do not exceed the lubrication, especially if a compressed air
pump is used, to avoid damaging the bearing seals. For lubrication, lithium grease of proven quality should
be used.
Greasing points:
Unloading Conveyor Side View
1. Unloading conveyor tension bearing
2. Unloading conveyor motor shaft bearing, motor side
3. Unloading conveyor motor shaft bearing
4. Folding conveyor cylinder articulations (optional)
5. Auger bearing
