Unloading Door
(1): The door is activated by a hydraulic cylinder using the corresponding command.
The unloading door has five different open positions, which permit increasing the quantity of the mix
that passes to the unloading belt due to the auger’s rotating action.

It is possible to know how open is the unloading door by the numbers 0 to 4 that can be seen from
the tractor cabin. The ZERO means door closed, the 4 means door completely open.

Unloading Conveyor
(2): TComposed of a chain and crossbars made of carbon steel, moved with
an hydraulic motor.

Folding Conveyor
(2):
The unloading belt can be complemented by a hydraulic height adjustment
system that can be used to improve the distribution of the mix (folding belt option).
Be careful when lowering the folding conveyor as it can seriously injure people who are
next to it. Make sure that no people are around it before activating it.

Flap
(3) The unloading conveyor is equipped with a rubber flap that allows to control the unloading of
the mixed product. The good condition of the flap allows to get the best performance in the delivery of
the product to the feeders.
Keep the flap in good condition to avoid possible dangers of entrapment with the
unloading conveyor chain.
3.6. MIXER STOP
To stop the mixer
1. Park the mixer on flat ground, far from drainage channels, trenches, furrows or banks.
2. Check that all services are stopped, mainly auger and conveyor.
3. Place the chocks or activate the parking brake.
4. Stop the tractor.
To start up again:
5. Check the mixer on the outside.
6. Remove the chocks or the parking brake.
7. Get into the tractor cab and check that no services are in action, start up and drive off.
