Step 9: Record over a song (overdub)
You can also record your performance together with the
music that is playing back.
Use the
 and ¯ buttons to select the song. Press the Á
button while pressing and holding the RECORD [
–
] button to
begin overdubbing.
Press the
[
ª
] button to stop recording.

sound (overdubbing)” on page 47.
CAUTION
If you press and hold the record button, the unit will be put in
recording standby with the pre-record function enabled, and
overdubbing will not be possible.
Step 10: Use other functions
This unit has other functions, including a convenient playlist
and the ability to divide files, which you can use as you like.
One such function is the metronome, which can be accessed
easily by pressing the METRONOME button.

Step 11: Turn off the power
To turn the power off (put the unit in standby), press the
[
ª ] button and hold it until the shutdown screen appears.
