NOTE
The
BALANCE
setting only affects the volume when G.IN is
ON (
). When G.IN is OFF (
), changing the
BALANCE
value has no effect on the volume.

CAUTION
If you press and hold the RECORD [

] button long , the unit
will be put in recording standby with the pre-record function
enabled, and overdubbing will not be possible.
5. When overdubbing starts, the RECORD [

] button
indicator lights, and the elapsed and remaining
recording times are shown on the recording screen.
In addition, the name of the file being played back is
shown next to the play icon and above the name of the
file being recorded.
If no file that can be played back has been selected, the
following pop-up message appears.
6. Press the

] button to stop recording.
Starting and pausing recording
automatically (AUTO REC)
This unit can be set to automatically start and pause recording
in response to the level of the input signal.
1. Press the MENU button to open the MENU screen.
2. Use the

buttons to select the
AUTO REC menu item, and press the

or

to open the
AUTO REC
screen.
3. Use the
