7.3. Setting the BiDiBooster with jumpers
With control units not supporting programming on main (POM) the
BiDiBooster can be set by inserting short-circuit terminations (jumpers).
Please note: It is not possible to set the whole range of values by
inserting jumpers.
Before inserting the jumpers you have to open the booster´s housing.
In order to release the clips bolting the two red half shells of the
housing, press in the housing on it´s side above / underneath the
ventilations slits. It is recommend to release the clips on one side first
and then on the opposite side.
Set the jumpers on the PCB is shown in fig. 4. When no jumper is
inserted the programmed values are set.
